If its a laptop, then whats the point of asking ? only a very smaller percentage of laptops can upgrade, and tehse are normally the top end models.
It’s probably the AMD Turion TL-68 Gold Edition at 2.4 GHz. I think that one of the fastest mobile processors from AMD. It cost about $400.
But, the best one for under $300 is the one in the link.
Make sure your computer can be upgraded first cause not too many can.
