Ok, I just purchased a model 185 AMD dual core processor. My motherboard’s bios supports dual core so that’s not a problem. Now, after I install my processor, do I need to activate a special bios setting and after boot up and do I need to install any special windows XP feature to get it to recognize both cores? Is this all an automatic “plug n play” operation that does all this itself (like single core processors)? Thanks for any help.
