    the amd one would be better, but if you mean core 2 duo, then that would be the better one

    of course, both are excellent processors and if its a desktop, then just get amd if u prefer it since processor dont matter too much, and also, amd doesnt always change motherboard when they come out with a new processor like intel, so if the next fastest processor is an amd, then there is a chance you would be able to upgrade to it

    oooh just noticed you said laptop lol, core 2 duo is also more power efficient than turion so def core 2 duo

    The Intel is duel core the AMD is not. Get the duel core AMD. AMD is a better product all around in my opinoin. You’ll know a duel core AMD because it will say something like AMD Turion 64 X 2

    get the core 2 extreme, its the new one from intel I belive they have it for laptops but im not sure but AMD is typically better for games
